My way of working

Business is made from people for people. Every good business is based on a good business relationship. Therefore we should successfully deal with relationship management.

In distribution (no matter what type), and in my profession as a success coach in general, it has always been my responsibility to make sure that my partners themselves do better business. If my partners are successful so am I.

I attribute the growth success of a company and a sales organization mainly to the creation and collaboration of people in business relationships, partnerships and business networks.

Nobody can win alone.

Permanently successful are only business models offering relationship values for the benefit of all and beyond self interests in the developing network. The virtual integration of partners through an all-encompassing network concept is a key future challenge for executives and businesses.

Give and take

The most important future viability is transformation and flexibility. It can be implemented with the help of a growth strategy which interconnects the relationships between corporate management, executives and the part-time distribution partners with a clear relationship strategy to the customer.
