He was born in 1972 in Hagen/Westphalia, and his life started with an early disappointment. He was given up for adoption. Maybe Michael Sander already realized back then, at the age of 2, that in every negative event there is just as much of a positive event because he soon found very nice adoptive parents.
In the lower middle class of a small West German Michael Sander grew up in a simple but orderly background. Two years after the completion of his education as a retail clerk, the unusual career of the adopted working-class son from Quakenbrueck in the South Oldenburg idyll in Lower Saxony began and took many unexpected turns along its course.
Influenced by the highs and lows of his youthful, very adventurous and also very dangerous experiences in one of the typical youth sub cultures of the 80s and 90s and while searching for a professional and new life perspective, he discovered rather by chance the industry of network marketing.
