


In distribution, it is not only crucial to be in the right company but it becomes more and more important to be in the right team, as well.
Picture it like soccer.
The company is a soccer club with which you want to win the games and become champion.
However, this is not possible without the right team supporting you in every way.
You yourself are the skilled forward with the firm intent to win the champions league and other titles.
So, provided that you are a talented forward you have the best chances to achieve exceptional things with the right team in the right company (club) and at the right time – but you’ll also need a good coach and mentor.
In a professional team with a good coach the individual is in the centre of attention. The quality of the partners and their performance is examplary. Professional work provides the desired results – for the team and for every individual!
The sales and distribution industry is booming like never before. At the end of the 90s not even 15,000 people per months became self-employed in this industry; in 2003 it was already 60,000 – tendency increasing.
In the past few decades, network marketing and direct selling have been proven and established as a distribution form within the sales and distribution field, and experts forecast that these two distribution types could potentially take over the top position from franchising. Even if that should not turn out to be true, it is still a fact that direct distribution is playing a more and more important role in the economy.
Global players have entered the market with the understanding that this distribution type is the most efficient of all to bring products directly from the manufacturer to the end client. This creates a suction effect, and it will contribute to the change and increasing disappearance of the traditional distribution forms in the next few years.
Over the course of the last 13 years I have helped, coached and accompanied people and businesses who now own organizations of several million business partners with many million customers. That corresponds with monthly revenues of far more than 15,000,000 Euros. Naturally, I am very proud of this; however, without the people who had the strong will for success this would not have been possible.
